School of Materials conducts Courses in Corrosion Print
Thursday, 24 August 2006
Courses in Corrosion are based on the MSc in Corrosion Control Engineering, which has been taught for over 30 years. From September 2006 onwards this course will be delivered as three 30 credit units, together with a research dissertation worth 90 credits. Each Unit consists of three 'themes' and each theme can be taken as a separate element, both as a part of the accumulation of credits for the MSc, or for independent study. The themes are available both by distance learning and by study in Manchester, and students can mix the modes of study to meet their needs. In addition to the Masters-level course, an introductory course is also available (by distance learning only); this is suitable as a stand-alone introduction to corrosion and its control, as well as being a recommended precursor to the full MSc course.

It is possible to register for a theme up to the nominal starting date. Please contact the MSc Course Administrator, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , to do this, or to register for the full MSc Course.
